As a down-to-earth, warm, and open-minded therapist, I will work together with you to tap into your strengths, build inner and outer peace, work through anxiety and life challenges, and find deeper fulfillment. Meet The Therapist


I'm Lauren Spinella, owner and therapist at Peaceful Path Counseling. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Certified Clinical Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP), serving clients in New Jersey.

Therapy is really cool.

The therapy room (virtual room, in this case!) is a unique space where you are free to 100% be yourself. You can talk, cry, question things, think out loud, feel, process, and be exactly where you are at.

And you will be totally safe to do so.

When you're sitting with me, you can feel comfort in knowing you will not be judged, will not get a side-eye from me, will be heard, and will be with someone who is genuinely invested in understanding where you're coming from and committed to helping you get through what's happening for you. I will work with you, compassionately and wholeheartedly, to understand and unpack the questions and challenges you are experiencing, develop effective ways of managing them, and help you discover a more clear, happy path, with less stress and more enjoyment.

Not only will you finally be able to shift from the difficult spot you've been in, but you'll be able to do so with someone who gets it--someone who is real, relatable, down-to-earth, uses humor and grace, and meets you right where you're at.
